     Refreshing sliced celery marinated in “Noni’s” famous Italian dressing.

Arancini
     Hand-rolled risotto balls stuffed with our house-made mozzarella, then fried. Served with garlic
     aioli.

Eggplant Napoleon
     Herb marinated eggplant slices layered with roasted red peppers, mozzarella & parmesan
     cheese.   Baked in marinara sauce.

Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms
     Stuffed with ricotta, parmesan, house-made mozzarella & herbs

Prosciutto & Melon
     Prosciutto wrapped melon slices served with field greens & finished with a balsamic reduction.

     Romaine leaves tossed with parmesan croutons. Served with caesar dressing.

     Field greens tossed with raspberries, blueberries, candied walnuts & gorgonzola cheese.  Served
     with balsamic vinaigrette.

Caprese Salad
     Sliced tomatoes paired with slices of our house-made mozzarella.  Drizzled with olive oil,
     balsamic vinegar & finished with fresh basil.

     3 home-made meatballs in marinara sauce. Served with spaghetti.

     5 six-cheese ravioli’s tossed in a basil-pesto sauce. Finished with candied walnuts.

     Home-made tender gnocchi tossed in a creamy gorgonzola sauce.

Stuffed Shells
     Large pasta shells stuffed with beef, pork, cheeses & herbs. Baked with marinara sauce.

Chicken Parmesan
     Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara & fresh mozzarella cheese. Baked, then served
     with spaghetti & marinara.

Chicken Carbonara
     Tenders slices of grilled chicken tossed in a carbonara sauce.  Served with cavatappi.

     Sweet Italian sausage sautéed with a medley of bell peppers, onions, & portabella mushrooms.
     Tossed with marinara and served with pappardelle.

Shrimp Arrabbiata
     Garlic sautéed shrimp in a spicy arrabbiata sauce. Served with penne.

     Pan seared jumbo sea scallops tossed in a caper, olive & garlic tomato sauce. Served with
